Now it is time to start brainstorming solutions. You will need to consider all parts of the problem and come up with as many ideas as possible. At this stage there are no bad ideas, the crazier the better!

Defence Industry Career Spotlight
User Experience (UX) Designer
Nina designs interfaces for control panels used in military aircraft and ground support systems.
Her goal is to make complex systems intuitive and user-friendly for defence personnel under pressure. She works closely with engineers, end users, and visual designers.
Nina studied a Bachelor of Design (Interaction Design) at university while working part-time in retail, which gave her insight into customer experience. She later interned with a tech company designing emergency interface tools before moving to work in the Defence Industry.
Pathways:
Bachelor of Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Software Engineering
Experience with defence-grade UX/UI standards preferred.
