Assess your Plan and Identify areas for Improvement

// 6. OPERATION EVALUATE

Goal: To test and assess how well the prototype meets the design criterion and solves the problem.

Use the evaluation template below to weigh up your plan and identify any areas for improvement.

You will need to return to your work from Operation Define and Identify, as well as the original brief and judging rubric to set your criteria for evaluation.

// SWOT ANALYSIS

SWOT Analysis

Seeking feedback from experts and stakeholders is an important part in any design process. Once you have evaluated your plan as a team, you should swap with another team and complete a SWOT (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats) analysis for each other.

Think about how well your solution builds on its strengths, and how well it addresses any weaknesses.
