Make Improvements to Strengthen your Solution

// 7. OPERATION ITERATE

Goal: To reflect on feedback and results, and make improvements to strengthen our solution.

Now that you have evaluated your plan, use feedback and what you’ve learned to make improvements. It’s a cyclical process – after evaluating your plan, you make changes and improvements and then re-evaluate and make additional changes.

Do this as often as you need to reach the best possible version of your solution.

// REASSES YOUR PLAN

Re-Evaluate your Strategy

To re-evaluate your plan, you could use the same evaluation templates as earlier, swap with a different team, and/or ask yourself some additional questions:

  • Do the changes you made improve the plan? How?
  • Do the changes impact other parts of the plan (e.g. timeline, people and occupations involved, resource requirements, security)?
  • Does the plan meet  the requirements in their entirety?
  • Are there more opportunities for improvement? Where?
  • What are the consequences of not making a change?
